Why did some jackass hang an air freshener outside? I swear: this is the place that I work. What the fuck is wrong with these people?

Are you sure it's an air freshener and not something else? Like citronella in a plastic vented thingie, for example?
Yeah, it was. I figured it out a little later that same day.
