Liquid Is Weird

Liquid is weird. It flows. It flows to fill its container.

It needs gravity for that! What would happen to liquid without gravity??

That's right. Liquid would be fucked. It would disperse. Evenly, over space. Eventually you wouldn't even be able to tell what flavor it was.

Well the question has to be asked: why would liquid choose to be like that? Why not be more like solid? Discrete. Stay-together-ish. Solid.

I believe the reasons for liquid's choice to behave in this fashion could best be described as #1 temperature-based; and #2 rooted in some form of emotional neurosis. Liquid wants to be that way.

The only thing you and I can do to help is, cool it down.

Cool it down.

I'm kinda keen on plasma. You think LIQUID is weird, you should see plasma. Especially after a couple of drinks.

Plasma (the state of matter) needs a new name. Seriously. It's too confusing when you factor in the plasma like blood plasma, that is in fact liquid - despite its name.

Which stinks, I used to think our blood was partly composed of a supercharged superheated exotic state of matter!
