Who Did You Say You Thought You Were, Again?

Any time somebody damns me to hell, I congratulate them on creating the universe.

Well, hell is anywhere that person is not. Is one unicorn too much to ask?

If that person is that person - then no, one unicorn is a pittance to ask!

how often do people damn you to hell?

Eugenia: that's a good point. In practice, very few people would ever have the bad sense to damn me to hell!

But I think I meant it more as a general good-attitude suggestion for the world. I was thinking and thinking, and I can't think of any prominent religions that believe in hell, that don't also pretty specifically designate God as the judge of human souls.

Ergo, if someone damns me to hell, they must think they're God, they must think they created the universe too. Only the one with the first authority has the final authority.

Hm. A bit woolier an explanation than was probably necessary! I'm a closet theologian I guess.
