Same here, but then my words have always been faster than the speed of brain.
The thing I hate is when I always try to put all this analysis and interpretation on it after the fact, when you can just bet I probably wasn't thinking half those things when I said it!
I try to think about what I say both before and after.Not that it ever makes a difference.
