Alas, I must concede this round. It appears my course is clearest when forging new ground, deep in the unregulated territory. Here in the well-trod expanse, my compass fails me. Shall I head north through Hamlet? Or south through Caesar? I think I've seen that phrase before - am I wandering around in circles?
@snortingmarmots - you had the edge on the quickness!
@lac - but you had the edge on the accuracy! I'm afraid I must deduct the statutory tenth of a point for lacking "quotation marks" - but I'm heartened to know that your concern is all for a fair application of the posted rules.
As I always say: if everyone gets the same rules, then that's a fair game.
The current rankings!
#1 Lacrema: 2.9 #2 snortingmarmots: 1 #3 Mel: a bajillion
Good news bad news Mel. You were awarded the bajillion points on review, that's the good news. Bad news is, bajillion's not a real number! Still, even a fake number is better than ZERO.
Let that be a lesson to all you NON-PLAYERS. Get in the game.
Shoot, lac - it's a good thing I didn't notice those missing quotes from week two! I can't deduct on review, as we all know. That's just Hoyle on these things. But you've been getting a free ride!
You know what though, the impression I get of you? You're just the sort of high-handed operator to keep omitting the marks, spotting everyone a tenth of a point every week on principle and saying "I'll still win."
That's just the impression I have of you. I'd love to be proven wrong, but that's my impression.

Mark it, nuncle:
Have more than thou showest,
Speak less than thou knowest,
Lend less than thou owest,
Etc.
The wisest fool Shakespeare ever penned, in Lear.
For real, I am re-reading this one today. It is, bar none, the best that Shakespeare penned.

Lacrema quotation marks update: you did totally put 'em in for week one.
Before you went Rogue.
What can I say... I'm rogue at heart.
Actually, I just didn't read the rules carefully. I tend to skim inadvertantly. Just not when I read Shakespeare.
