I did THIS one this evening during a bored ten minutes, as a sort of unofficial "tribute" to Courtney Love. It doesn't facially look like her exactly but I think it captures her "essence" perfectly. Of course it's not witty like your doodle, I just go right for the jugular with full on insults. DO enjoy.
