Sometimes as a prank I'll raise my eyebrows kind of like "oh?" - even though the person didn't say anything to make a person raise their eyebrows.
Another good one, you can yell out real quick "HEY!" (or words to that effect) at somebody you know. From like, across the way? And then if they look, you can play it off like "what? I didn't say anything."
